About Us
James Montgomery, the founder of the practice, has lived in Blacksburg with his family since 1969. He concentrates on helping individuals and families plan their estates, probate and administer estates, residential and commercial real estate transactions (including deed preparation, contract review, and Settlement Agent services), incorporation of new business and non-profits, as well as Veterans Law. Mr. Montgomery also does work in the criminal arena and as guardian ad litem for both children and adults.
Jaime L. Rebkovich, returned to Blacksburg to join our firm after leaving with her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and receiving her law degree from Dickinson Law School. Her main focus includes family law, child custody and visitation, separation agreements, and adoption. She also handles estate-planning, criminal law, guardian ad litem of children and adults, Veterans Law, and contract review.
Support Staff:
Mandy Moser assists with most tasks of the office including probates, estates, and real estate issues.

How do you get to our offices?
From I-81 (Exit 118):
Follow the signs for Blacksburg on Route 460 West. Take the downtown Blacksburg exit. You will be on South Main Street. Our office is located approximately .8 of a mile on the right. The building is a "L" shaped brick building with a green roof.
From West Virginia:
Get on 460 East and continue to Blacksburg. When you get to Blacksburg, take Exit 5 and stay to the left, heading towards Blacksburg. We are approximately 1 mile on the right. The building is a "L" shaped brick building with a green roof.
